This is for one ULA chip for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum 16k, 48k or 48k + computers.

It has been fully tested and is working.

It is the original Ferranti chip, as proven by the date stamp on the chip. It is the latest version of the ULA for 16k,48k and 48k+ models – called 6C001E-7.

It is suitable for all Printed Circuit Board (PCB) types listed below, and has been tested on those types of PCB. It has not been tested on the rare Issue 1 or the even rarer Issue 5. It will work in :

  • Issue 2
  • Issue 3
  • Issue 3B
  • Issue 4A
  • Issue 4B
  • Issue 6A
