The one you receive IS the one shown in the photos. It is in good condition. There is no writing on the inlay. Ther are the normal scratches on the case. If you want to see more photos, please Contact me.

It is not tested. If you want it to be tested, it will cost more as it takes time and these are already a very reasonable price. For higher priced games, I factor in testing time to the price.
